Meet Martha Moon
Celebrating the Boise Valley culinary scene from pitchfork to plate is about more than just the food (as much as we love that aspect of it). It’s also about the people who grow it and serve it. Telling those stories is also telling the history of the Boise Valley…and today’s history lesson comes to us from the original owner of Moon’s Kitchen Cafe, Martha Moon herself.
We caught up with Martha at…where else…Moon’s, and we managed to get her to slow down long enough to share her memories of a Boise that few of us have lived here long enough to remember.
