We love Chris…and not just because he publishes all of our Behind the Menu stuff on his site. He is one of a cherished pantheon of advocates for our local culinary scene who, like Guy Hand and Bob and Robin Young, bring a wonderful voice to the celebration of all things food and Treasure Valley.
In this episode, Chris and I are joined by Bar Gernika owner Jeff May, who gives us a “behind the menu” insight into a few of his eateries’ customer faves — and we even get a cameo appearance from my culinary cohort, Scott Nicholson, along with a couple of Bar Gernika groupies with an interesting personal anecdote to share.
What more could you ask for…except maybe more croquetas?
