In a culinary landscape dotted with plenty of burger concepts, from fast food to fine dining, there’s a little place on Broadway and Main that features “fries with burgers on the side”. But never mind that modest claim. Even though Boise Fry Co. has set out to renew our love affair with the french fry, its burgers are anything but an afterthought.
