Be Our Guest: Mark Ickes at Sweetwater’s Tropic Zone
In this Be Our Guest episode, we sit down with Mark Ickes of Think Boise First to a Caribbean lunch at Sweetwater’s Tropic Zone. We leave steeped in goat curry, red peas and rice, ginger beer, and garlic blue crab. In the process we learn about everything from the importance of goat to the Caribbean diet to the making of Sweetwater’s own beverages and hot sauces.
