Culinary Walkabout
April 29, 2010 saw the annual celebration of local chefs and restaurants united in a common cause: supporting Elk’s Meals on Wheels. I’m talking about the Culinary Walkabout at Boise Centre.
If you were able to attend this event, which puts some 20 restaurants under one roof, then you know what a great showcase it is for our local culinary talent. If not, spend the next 12 minutes with Behind the Menu as we walk the floor to the strains of big band music and talk to the culinary stars of the evening about what they’ve brought to the table.
Warning, this podcast could make you very hungry!
