From the Mekong, with Love

As a soup lover, I always enjoy being exposed to a new recipe…but I have to admit that the concept of combining sweet potato and star anise was a bit of a stretch. So in typical fashion, I made it my personal mission to not only get “behind the menu”, but also to the bottom of the bowl of the aforementioned soup.
